LazyPickaxe

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Applies to the game “LazyPickaxe”, published by Firnfield Partners Inc.

The short version. LazyPickaxe does not collect any personal data. It makes no network requests, contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. The only thing it stores is a single save on your own device, which never leaves it. We do not receive it and could not read it if we wanted to.

1. Information we collect

None. We do not collect, receive, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information about you. Specifically, the game does not ask for and does not have access to:

2. Data stored on your device

So that your progress is still there next time you open the game, it writes one entry to local storage on the device you are playing on:

Stored itemWhat it isWhere it lives
ProgressHouse and facility levels, materials, gold, mine upgrades, items, pet bond, diary entries and your day counterLocal storage on your device only
PreferencesWhether sound is on, whether Auto Mine is on, and the language the game is displayingLocal storage on your device only

This entry is written and read by the game itself, on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere. It contains no identifier of you or your device — only the values listed above.

You can remove it at any time by clearing site data for the game in your browser or device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Doing so resets your progress and has no other effect.

3. No network activity

The game does not connect to the internet. It contains no request to any server, no remote content, no content delivery network, no font service and no error reporting. Once it has loaded it works with the network switched off, and nothing about your play is observable to us or to anyone else.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The game does not use cookies. It does not use session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons, pixels or any tracking technology. The single local-storage entry described in section 2 is used solely to remember your progress on your own device, and is not used to identify or follow you.

5. Advertising and analytics

There is no advertising in the game, and no advertising network is integrated into it. There is no analytics or measurement SDK. No profile of you is built, held or sold anywhere, by us or by anyone else.

6. Third parties

The game includes no third-party software development kits, no social login, no sharing integrations and no embedded third-party content. Where you obtained the game — for example an app store — that provider has its own privacy policy covering the download itself, which is outside our control and applies independently of this policy.

7. Children

The game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at any particular age group. Because it collects no personal information whatsoever from anyone, it collects none from children either. We do not knowingly hold any information about a child, and there is no mechanism in the game by which a child could disclose information to us.

8. In-game values

Every figure shown in the game — gold, materials, house and facility levels, energy, day counters and diary entries — is part of the gameplay only. These values have no monetary or real-world worth, cannot be purchased, cannot be transferred between players or devices, and cannot be exchanged for anything. No payment mechanism of any kind exists in the game.

9. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete and port the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its processing. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, delete or transfer, and nothing for you to opt out of. The only data that exists is the local save on your own device, which you control directly and can erase yourself at any time as described in section 2.

You are welcome to write to us to confirm this; we will respond, but our answer will necessarily be that we hold no record of you.

10. Data security

The strongest protection we can offer is not to hold anything. Since no data is transmitted or stored on our side, there is no server-side store of player data to breach. The local save on your device is protected by that device's own security.

11. Changes to this policy

If the game ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if any network feature, advertising or analytics were ever added — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
